We want you to love your Sunkissedcoconut pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
